...have a 'free' day every other Sat where I will eat no more than 1000 calories, the purpose of which is to stay on track and boost my metabolism.
...not weigh myself EVERY SINGLE MORNING- NO EXCEPTIONS.
...do some type of exercise S,M,T,W,TR,F & Sat
I WILL NOT
...suggest food under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE- NO EXCEPTIONS.
...eat at school, EVER.
...allow myself to think that it's okay 'just this once' to have anything outside of the plan.
IF
...I am out to eat with friends, I will order the following things- NO EXCEPTIONS: Breakfast- fruit bowl. Lunch or dinner- Salad.
...I am bored I will not allow it to become an excuse.
...I am not feeling well, mentally OR physically, I will not allow it to become an excuse.
